We are your one-stop solution for complete event management services that help couples and busy professionals plan a worriless, timeless and memorable, wedding or celebration.

2. WHAT IS THE COST OF YOUR SERVICES?

Our packages starts from $800, however our services are customized to suit your unique requirements as two clients are not the same. We discuss your expectations at our complimentary consultation where we gather all the necessary information to planning your event. Thereafter an agreement would be sent to you which itemizes our services and cost.

3. DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

We offer a three-part payment plan, where your first payment is a non- refundable retainer fee of 20% that is required to secure your booking.

4. WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT POLICY?

We accept payments through direct bank deposits, online bank transfers and online payments.

5. HOW EARLY SHOULD WE HIRE AN EVENT PLANNER?

Your event planner should be one of the very first professionals you hire. For complete event planning service we recommend prior to your venue selection or right after booking your venue.

6. WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN WORKING WITH US?

Budget Development and Management

We prepare a budget plan where we breakdown your overall budget per expense into estimated cost against your actual cost.

Theme Development & Style

We will discuss your vision and create your theme/colour scheme through the use of Pinterest Boards and other tools to develop your style.

Planning of your Event Day

We will discuss different aspects of your celebration. These include; music selection, menu selection, order of your programme and more.

Venue and Service Provider Selection

Based on your style chosen, we will recommend the best suited venue, supplier and service provider to execute your vision.

RSVP Tracking and Management

From the distribution of your invitations, we will provide tracking, management and follow up on your rsvps so that your guest count is finalized.
